We had 10 talented and passionate participants at the second IMS Adult Drum Camp at Leanyfalu! Our students had 4 drum lessons per day in 2 groups including hand techniques, rudiments and drum set playing and one masterclass each day by our drum faculty instructors. Illes Halasz was talking about classical percussion playing and rudimental drumming, Marton broke down famous drum parts from his drum heroes (Bonham,Portnoy and Jordison) and Gabor Irmalos described his approach to doing drum solos in various genres. Besides the lessons we did some hiking trips to Szentendre and Visegrad and enjoyed the wellness activities of our accommodation Eden Rock Staris.
