Laura Milisavljevic

Laura Milisavljevic is trilengual piano/vocal teacher at IMS Budapest, originally from Serbia.

She is a passionate pianist and dedicated teacher with years of experience working with students of all ages and backgrounds. She studied piano performance at the University of Szeged and the University of Debrecen, earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees with outstanding results. Alongside her classical training, she has taught in several music schools across Hungary and Serbia, including the Kodály Zoltán Music School, and has accompanied singers and instrumentalists in concerts and competitions.Laura believes that every student learns differently, and she tailors her teaching to each individual’s personality, strengths, and challenges. She has worked with beginners, advanced students, and even young people with learning differences, always aiming to unlock their potential and nurture a genuine love for music.Beyond teaching, Laura is an active composer. She has written chamber works, choral pieces, and piano compositions, and is currently exploring the world of digital music creation.

She is also part of the Hungarian team developing Elflock, an upcoming video game you can wishlist on Steam, where she creates both sound effects and original background music for its characters and scenes.Whether in the classroom, on stage, or in the studio, Laura brings creativity, patience, and a deep appreciation for music to everything she does.
